Acceptable use policy

Prohibited activity

• Anything unlawful, or that infringes the rights of another person or organisation.
• Uploading malware, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system or account.
• Probing, scanning or load-testing our infrastructure without written permission.
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages through our services.
• Harassment, abuse, or content that exploits or endangers children.
• Reselling or reverse engineering the service beyond what the law permits.
• Automated scraping that degrades service for other users.

Security research

We welcome good-faith reports. Email contact@bitechnology.co.uk with details before disclosing publicly, and do not access data belonging to other users while testing.

Enforcement

We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate access where this policy is breached. Serious breaches may be reported to the relevant authorities. Where practical we contact the account holder first.
